"This saves a whole bunch of time. In terms of management, logistics, and customer support, that's a really big win," says Murat.

“Since then, we’ve refined it and kept iterating on it, and it’s lovely. We’re pretty much using all the features available on the API. We have order tracking, status updates, reporting, loads of fulfilment features as well, which are useful. Lots in there that’s made it into a really well-rounded feature.”
