Join the waitlist

To keep things fair and diverse, we use a waitlist. Add your details to join, and we’ll send you an email invite when it’s time to start taking studies.

    STEP 2

    Verify your account

    When you first log in, you’ll be asked to verify your account. ID verification allows us to maintain the high quality and trustworthiness of our platform.

      STEP 3

      Log in and start earning

      Log in and look out for new studies you qualify for. When you're eligible for a study, it will appear on your dashboard. You’ll see how much it pays, how long it takes, and what it involves—so you can easily decide whether to participate.

      Once you finish a study, you’ll see approved payments roll in.

        STEP 4

        Cash out your rewards

        Once you’ve earned $/£6 in a given currency, you can cash out directly to your PayPal account—fast, easy, and secure.

          Anonymity
          To keep your identity private, data collectors only see your Prolific ID when reviewing your survey responses or messaging you after a study. Approved data collectors may ask for personally identifiable information in some studies, but this request will be clear up front, and it's always up to you whether to take part.
          Data privacy
          All data you share with us is stored in a secure cloud environment. Make money online and rest easy knowing that your data is safe.
          Messaging system
          Need to flag something during a study? With our 1:1 messaging, you can report bugs or potential issues to researchers while staying anonymized.
          Minimum payment threshold
          Data collectors are required to pay participants at least £6.00/$8.00 per hour, but we recommend a minimum of £9.00/$12.00. This ensures fair compensation for your time.
