Simon has over 20 years of research experience across academia and industry. With a PhD in Human–Computer Interaction and 50+ publications on human-centered and behavioral methods, he combines academic rigor with commercial expertise.
He oversees the design and delivery of complex studies, including nationally representative samples and longitudinal research, for clients across sectors.
Michelle is a research consultant on Prolific's Managed Services team, specializing in delivering complex, large-scale studies. She supports longitudinal research and nationally representative sampling programs, with a particular focus on participant management and data quality.
Her background includes leading large-scale data annotation and AI training projects across global programs.
Andrew leads Prolific's Research Sciences team, driving improvements in data quality, online research methodology, and AI evaluation.
